[Case Study] Tunnel Freezer

By updating the existing tunnel freezer, we significantly improve capacity, operability, and ease of cleaning!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Tunnel Freezer" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. There were issues with the old equipment, which was frequently breaking down, had uneven cooling, and caused products to scatter in various places. Therefore, we introduced this new device. While discussing with factory operators and maintenance personnel, we created a machine that was appropriately sized, structurally sound, and easy to use. As a result, troubles decreased, maintenance became easier, and both productivity and quality improved. [Overview] ■ Background for Introduction - To update the equipment used in a cake manufacturing factory and to accommodate increased production. - The old equipment was difficult to clean and maintain, leading to dissatisfaction among operators. ■ Solution - We listed the problems and discussed solutions while developing the machine. - In particular, we created space around the main body to facilitate cleaning of the body and walls. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
